The event is free and welcomes all ages.\n\nWinter is an excellent time in Rock Falls to see migrating Bald Eagles gathered along the open waters near the dams. So\, bring your binoculars and camera\, dress warmly\, and be ready to learn a lot about the Bald Eagle. You will be asked to abide by the COVID restrictions with masks and social distancing.
