Your hot topics\, not a seminar or a webinar where we present to you and determine the agenda\n\n - There will be an HR consultant acting as facilitator (with hot topics in mind if needed). This will be a way for you to network with other HR professional\n\n - This will be a great way for you to discuss your issues and work through them with your peers\, a group of HR professionals.\n\n - If time allows\, there will be team building exercises and ideas from the facilitator and the group\n\n- They are not formal\n\n- We will work with the group to secure the additional quarterly meetings\n\n- Examples of topics discussed: best practices in training your employees\, getting/keeping the right talent\, employee handbooks(bring them for discussion\, and your issues/questions). \n\nContinuing Education Offered: 3.00 HRCI\, 3.00 SHRM\, and 3.00 HR Compliance Certificate Credits. HR Certification Institute's  (www.HRCI.org) official seal confirms that the Illinois Chamber meets the criteria for pre-approved recertification credit(s) for any of HRCI's eight credentials\, including SPHR  and PHR .
