University of Illinois Extension Whiteside County Office present Body Smart Gardening. Gardening can be one of the most rewarding activities with fresh fruits and vegetables, flowers and green expanses of lawns dotted with shade and evergreen trees. However, all the gardening practices can take a toll on the body, whether you are young or old...though it seems that as we age, gardening can have more of an impact on our bodies. This session will give you an overview of some of the steps you can take to make gardening more enjoyable for you and, at the same time, maintain a quality landscape. come explore adaptive gardening tools!
