Motivational Speaker Roy Juarez Jr.
Sauk Valley Community College welcomes motivational speaker Roy Juarez Jr. on September 10, 12:30 p.m. in SVCC room 1K4. Roy was once a homeless teenager. His journey through adversity drives his mission to motivate others with a powerful message of hope, forgiveness, and perseverance. His story, “My Bag, My Home” will inspire you to never give up on life or your dreams, and understand the value of a higher education. Roy has dedicated his entire life to creating positive change in communities across the country. His story and work gained national attention on outlets such as CNN and Chicken Soup for the Soul.
