Post House Community Center Summer Series
University of Illinois Extension presents their Post House Community Center Summer Series - Take A Stand Against Falls. One-third for American age 65+ fall each year and every 14 seconds, an older adult is treated in the emergency room for a fall. Falling is NOT an inevitable result of aging. This session will review personal lifestyle adjustments and evidenced based interventions that will help you take a stand to prevent falls.
