SPD Indoor Fitness Triathlon
Sterling Park District will be hosting an Indoor Fitness Triathlon. Individuals or teams of 4 will compete in 20 minutes of swimming, 20 minutes on a spin bike and 20 minutes on a treadmill. Awards will be given to the top 3 teams. Individual awards will be based on registration. Each participant will receive a T-Shirt. For more information contact the Duis Center at 815-622-6200.
