Get ready for the ultimate Halloween celebration at our annual Spooktacular Halloween Lighted Golf Cart and UTV Parade! Join us as we gather at Rock Falls High School for the parade lineup. Parade will begin at 6:30 p.m. at Rock Falls High School and follows West 2nd Street to 2nd Ave/1st St. Parking Lot.
