Fiesta Celebration at Sterling Marketplace
The SVACC Hispanic Business Leaders Committee is hosting a celebration at Sterling Marketplace following the Fiesta Day Parade on Saturday, September 20.
The celebration will run from 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. with live entertainment, music, food, activities for kids, and more.
VENDOR REGISTRATION FORM:
*Electricity is NOT provided.
*Vendors may begin set up at noon and have to be set up by 3:00 p.m. Sales may begin after set up.
*Please bring your own weights or sand bags for your tent.
*Vendors will provide all of their own equipment, tables and chairs.
*Vendor is 100% responsible for the security of their booth, its contents, and cleanup of their area.
*Vendors assume their own risk while participating in the SVACC Fiesta Day Parade Celebration Event. The SVACC and the City of Sterling are held harmless for all vendor acts, liability, goods, services and resources to the extent permitted by law.
*Acceptance is not guaranteed until the vendor has received a confirmation email.
*Fee is non-refundable.
*Vendors are encouraged to have a free child activity or giveaway.
*Booth size is 10x10 for all vendors.
*Food Vendors:
There are limited food truck and food tent spaces available; reserved once payment is made.
