1. JOB PURPOSE
Support safe, accurate and timely warehouse operations by receiving, inspecting, storing, picking, packing and dispatching materials and finished products. Maintain reliable inventory records and complete assigned assembly and rework activities in accordance with work orders, quality requirements, and safety procedures.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, checking, packing, and labeling items against work orders and packing lists.
  • Book shipments with approved carriers; verify shipment details and communicate dispatch information and exceptions to relevant internal teams.
  • Receive incoming shipments; verify quantities, item identification and condition against supporting documents, and report shortages, damage or discrepancies.
  • Complete general assembly and rework tasks according to approved instructions; check completed work and escalate quality concerns.
  • Label, move and store materials in designated locations; record receipts, movements and dispatches accurately in the warehouse management system.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse, including clear aisles and secure storage; follow required PPE and manual-handling procedures.
  • Assist with cycle counts and stock reconciliation; report differences and keep damaged or nonconforming items segregated as instructed.
  • Operate forklifts and other handling equipment only after required training and authorization; perform pre-use checks and report defects.
  • Coordinate daily priorities with the Operations Manager and promptly report delays, incidents and near misses.
3. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word; ability to learn and use warehouse systems.
  • Ability to operate warehouse machinery safely after training and authorization; forklift certification is provided.
  • Ability to follow instructions for general assembly and rework; warehouse, shipping, receiving or assembly experience is preferred.
  • Ability to handle boxes weighing up to approximately 50 lb (23 kg), using safe lifting methods and assistance or handling equipment as needed.
  • Ability to perform required warehouse movements, including stair climbing and overhead package handling, using safe access and handling methods, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.
  • Ability to read and accurately interpret packing lists, work orders and item labels; basic numeracy for counting and verifying quantities.
