Celebration of Life

You and your family are cordially invited to attend Hospice of the Rock River Valley's Celebration of Life.  A special time of remembering and honoring the loved ones we served in the past year, with candle lighting, music, and readings make this service a time of healing as well as celebration.  Please call 815-625-3858 to have your loved one's name included in the readings and hand-outs.  Refreshments will be served following the service.
