Presented by: Ralph Martire and Leslie Munger. Ralph is the Executive Director for the Center for Tax and Budget Accountability and Rubloff Professor of Public Policy at Roosevelt University. He will present arguments in support of the ballot initiative. Leslie is the Former Illinois Comptroller and Deputy Governor. She will present arguments against the ballot initiative.
