What You'll Be Doing:
• Coordinating and scheduling roofing and siding projects
• Managing purchase orders to keep jobs on track
• Serving as the main point of contact for customers during production
• Leading and supporting crews with clear communication and accountability
• Solving problems quickly to keep projects moving forward
What We're Looking For:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Leadership mindset with the ability to manage people and processes
• Self-motivated and willing to learn new systems
• Clear, confident communicator with customers and team members
• Construction or roofing experience is a plus, but not required
