We need a dynamic, goal oriented, person who likes meeting people and developing relationships, to help grow our branch in Sterling, IL.  You will play a crucial role in our lending operations.  You will be responsible for providing financial assistance, deposit and consumer loan services in a courteous and professional manner while providing prompt, efficient and accurate member service. Responsible for helping members navigate the loan application, approval and closing process. This will include recommending personal loan options to members and explaining their terms, determining risks for loaning to members based on their credit, and accurately processing paperwork.
