Full-Time & Part-Time Member Service Representative/Teller Bilingual

Position Purpose: Serves as a representative of Cornerstone Credit Union to assist our members with their financial needs. Responsible for providing services to members in a courteous and professional manner while providing prompt, efficient and accurate member service. Cross-sell offers that may help the financial status, loan, or other finances for the benefit of our members.  Maintain a thorough knowledge of Credit Union philosophies and policies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A minimum 6 months experience in a customer service or similar role, with cash handling responsibilities required.
• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual Spanish fluency required.
• Must be service-minded.
• Basic PC skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills important.
• Maintain excellent attendance record, including punctuality and preparation.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test, background check and motor vehicle record check.
