Toast and Plate Catering is a full-service catering company based in Sterling, Illinois, proudly operating out of the Kitchen Incubator of Northwest IL. We specialize in creating memorable food experiences for weddings, private events, office gatherings, bagel brunches, and more.
In addition to catering, Chef Adrian Sandoval offers hands-on cooking classes hosted in the incubator kitchen, giving our community a unique opportunity to learn, connect, and experience food in an interactive way. Our brand also includes Blue Street Bagels, our artisan bagel line, which can be found every Saturday at the Twin City Farmers Market and daily at Airplay Espresso & Bakery on 3rd Street in Sterling.
