We are looking for a motivated Account Manager who shares our belief that connection is the foundation of client trust and agency growth.

What You’ll Do

• Client Connection: Reach out to clients at set intervals throughout the year, ensuring every interaction strengthens trust and builds lasting relationships.
• Cross-Sales: Identify and create opportunities that add value for clients while deepening their connection with our agency.
• Retention Focus: Proactively serve and follow up with clients to increase overall retention and satisfaction.
• Office Flow: Keep the day-to-day running smoothly by managing phones, assigning service tickets to the support team, and ensuring clients feel cared for at every step.
• Lead Management: Ensure every lead is connected with the right sales team quickly and seamlessly.

What You’ll Need

• Licensing: Property, Casualty, Life, and Health Insurance licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Relationship Skills: A natural ability to connect with people, listen first, and build trust.
• Advisory Approach: Comfort in recommending solutions that genuinely meet client needs.
• Organizational Strength: Confidence in managing workflows and guiding the support team.
• Client-First Approach: An understanding that connection > communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
