About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our Quality Management System and ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards. You’ll work closely with Engineering and Production to drive process improvements and ensure our products consistently meet customer expectations.

What You’ll Do

✔ Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
✔ Lead internal, customer, and third-party audits
✔ Oversee corrective and preventive action programs (CAPA)
✔ Supervise inspection, calibration, and document control
✔ Manage PPAP submissions and quality planning for new products
✔ Conduct capability studies and gage R&R
✔ Analyze quality data and report to leadership
✔ Provide quality training across departments
✔ Represent Climco in customer quality meetings and audits

What You Bring

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field
✅ 5+ years in engineering and 5+ years in quality assurance
✅ Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred
✅ In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
✅ Proficiency in quality tools (PPAP, FMEA, SPC, 8D, Gage R&R)
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
